Your information

Privacy policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026. Last updated: October 20, 2026.

Who this policy covers

ARKITAN LLC (“Arkitan,” “we,” or “us”) operates Arkitan Design & Build and Arkitan Outdoor Living. This policy covers information submitted through our website and Facebook or Instagram lead forms, including processing by the Arkitan Review CRM integration. It does not replace the privacy policies of Meta or other independent services.

Information we collect and its sources

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification or sensitive personal information in a project form. Only upload material you are authorized to share.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, assess project needs, prepare follow-up, coordinate requested services, maintain our customer relationship records and notify the appropriate Arkitan team members. Technical information helps operate and secure the site, prevent abuse and duplicate submissions, and understand inquiry sources.

A project inquiry or Meta lead submission is not automatically a newsletter subscription. Our website offers a separate marketing choice. You can withdraw that choice through the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Service-related replies about your inquiry are separate from marketing.

Who receives information

Authorized Arkitan team members and service providers supporting hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, spam prevention and lead-form integrations may process information for these purposes. The implementation uses services including Netlify, Supabase, Resend and Cloudflare Turnstile; Meta processes information submitted through its own platforms. Records can also exist in connected business tools and team mailboxes, which must be considered when handling a deletion request.

Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety or the security of our services. Links to financing, social media or other external websites take you to independently operated services with their own practices.

Cookies, storage and tracking

We do not sell personal information, provide it to other companies for their own marketing, or upload customer contact lists to Meta or Google for advertising audiences. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Processing by our service providers to deliver our requested services is described above.

The site uses browser session storage to carry project selections and campaign attribution between pages and prevent duplicate submissions. Staff sign-in uses authentication cookies. Hosting and anti-abuse services may process browser information and use their own security mechanisms.

This website does not currently load Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or session-replay advertising/analytics scripts. It does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. External services, including Meta when you use its platforms and independently operated sites you visit through links, may collect information about your activity over time and across websites under their own policies. Do Not Track is distinct from privacy rights or opt-out requests, which you can submit using the contact details below.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. To determine that period, we consider whether an inquiry is still active, whether it becomes a project, our contract and warranty obligations, your marketing choices, and applicable legal, accounting, security or dispute-related requirements. Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified. Backup copies may remain until they are overwritten or expire. Information retained for a lawful exception is limited to that purpose.

Access controls and technical safeguards help protect information, but no website, email system or storage service can guarantee complete security. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to withdraw marketing permission. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify that a request relates to you before disclosing or changing records. We will explain any applicable limitation rather than promise deletion of records we must retain.

See data deletion instructions for the request steps, including information received through Facebook or Instagram. Removing an integration from Meta does not itself confirm that Arkitan-held records have been deleted.

Children and policy changes

Our services are intended for adults planning projects, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised date; material changes will be communicated as required.
