These instructions apply to information held by ARKITAN LLC for Arkitan Design & Build, Arkitan Outdoor Living and the Arkitan Review CRM integration, including website inquiries and Facebook or Instagram lead submissions.
How to request deletion
- Email sales@arkitan.com with the subject “Data deletion request.” Where possible, write from the address used for your inquiry.
- Include your name, the email or telephone number used in the inquiry, and whether you contacted Design & Build or Outdoor Living. An approximate submission date and the source (website, Facebook or Instagram) can help locate the record.
- Tell us whether you want your inquiry records deleted, your marketing subscription stopped, or both. You do not need to create an account to make a request.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details or identity documents. If you cannot use the original email address, contact us at (949) 997-7183 to discuss an appropriate verification method.
What happens next
This is a manually reviewed request process, not an automatic deletion button. We will verify the request as needed, identify the relevant records and explain the outcome or any further information needed. Requests will be handled within the time required by applicable law.
We review relevant CRM records, submitted files, Meta lead-event records, team email copies and connected business tools. We delete information that is no longer needed and direct relevant service providers to act on the request where applicable. We may retain limited information where permitted or required by law, including to perform an agreement you requested, meet legal obligations, address security issues or resolve disputes. We will explain any limitation and the outcome of your request. Backup copies may remain until they are overwritten or expire; retained copies are not used for new marketing.
Facebook and Instagram information
Mention “Arkitan Review CRM” and the relevant Arkitan page if your request concerns a Meta lead form. Disconnecting a Meta app or business integration alone does not confirm deletion of previously received information. This request concerns Arkitan-held information; it does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account or information Meta holds independently.
Marketing preferences
You can also use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Stopping marketing does not necessarily erase a project record. A minimal suppression record may be needed to honor your preference.
